Shrivardhan Resorts LLP (SR) manages hotels/resorts mentioned in Shivardhanresorts.com and Diveagarresorts.in websites. These sites may contain links to other websites ("Linked Web Sites"). Those links are provided for convenience only. You acknowledge and agree that SR does not have any control over the content or availability of Linked Web Sites and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or any other aspect of Linked Web Sites.

The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for hotels and resorts managed by SR. Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the sites and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions.

No contract will be valid between you and SR in respect of any services or products offered through these sites unless and until SR accepts your order by phone or e-mail or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking.

According to government regulations a valid photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age o f 18 staying at the hotel/ resort. It is mandatory for any guest to present a valid photo ID at the time of check in. (Please note, Pan Card will not be accepted as an identification proof). Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.

Kindly note all taxes mentioned in our package and final negotiated rates are as per current Government regulations. Any changes in tax structure due to government policies or changes in rules are applicable at the time of billing.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

Payment - Customers need to make 50% payment of their entire stay in advance, to confirm the booking. The remainder amount of the entire stay will have to be paid in full, on arrival at the resort.

Any payment towards food expenses can be paid anytime before check-out.

Check-in time :12 noon

check-out time :10:00 am

Subject to availability, early check-ins and/ or late check-outs will be considered. Charges as applicable.

Refund Policy

All confirmed booking are non-amendable & non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation with less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, a one day-stay charge per room will be applied.

Amendment to bookings is allowed until only 48 hours prior to arrival. This is to be confirmed by calling us on our official phone numbers and only after getting confirmation from us.

Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any changes. The customer is therefore advised to check the room description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. SR shall not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings if bookings are made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.

Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the customer. The refund process may take up to 10-15 business days.

In case the booking amount is paid using credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card.

Children up to 5 years of age can stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 12 years. 13 years and older will be charged as per extra adult rate.
